If you are interested in serving with kids, please fill out this application as part of our vetting process.

There is an option below to select which kids area you would like to serve in.

After we process this application, we will request a background check before we invite you to observe in kids ministry.

Minimum age to volunteer is 12 when serving with a guardian present. Ages 15 and up may serve without a guardian present. Ages 18 and up will require a background check.

I hereby affirm that I am not currently under a charge not have I ever been convicted of or pled guilty to child abuse or a crime involving actual, attempted sexual misconduct or sexual molestation of a minor, or any crime against a child, and have no limitations placed on me regarding the care of any minor child. I am drug free.

I understand that failure to follow biblical guidelines or the standards set above is grounds for removal from a volunteer position. I understand that I am responsible to speak up if there is something I don’t understand.
